Currently we disallow reflink and dedupe if the two files aren't on the same vfsmount. However we really only need to disallow it if they're not on the same super block. It is very common for btrfs to have a main subvolume that is mounted and then different subvolumes mounted at different locations. It's allowed to reflink between these volumes, but the vfsmount check disallows this. Instead fix dedupe to check for the same superblock, and simply remove the vfsmount check for reflink as it already does the superblock check. Reviewed-by: Darrick J. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
