Bjorn Helgaas f0ab00174e PCI: Make saved capability state private to core
Interfaces and structs for saving and restoring PCI Capability state were
declared in include/linux/pci.h, but aren't needed outside drivers/pci/.

Move these to drivers/pci/pci.h:

  struct pci_cap_saved_data
  struct pci_cap_saved_state
  void pci_allocate_cap_save_buffers()
  void pci_free_cap_save_buffers()
  int pci_add_cap_save_buffer()
  int pci_add_ext_cap_save_buffer()
  struct pci_cap_saved_state *pci_find_saved_cap()
  struct pci_cap_saved_state *pci_find_saved_ext_cap()

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
