SOF topologies hard-code the MCLK used for SSP connections. That was a bad idea in hindsight, this information should really come from BIOS and/or machine driver. This patch introduces a helper to scan all SSP endpoints connected to a codec, and all formats to see what MCLK is used. When BIT(0) of the mdivc offset if set in the SSP blob, MCLK0 is used, and likewise when BIT(1) is set MCLK1 is used. The case where both MCLKs are used is possible but has never been seen in practice so should be treated as an error by the caller. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
